Ideas on Rebuilding Kerala

Dear All,
Kerala is witnessing its most affected natural disasters of the
decade. Hundreds of people has lost their lives and thousands are left homeless due to heavy landslips and flash floods. The government and
other agencies are now looking forward on taking innovative measures
to recuperate from the loss and normalize the common life.

IEDC of Sullamussalam Science College in association with Dept. of Broadcasting & Journalism is conducting an intercollegiate Idea pitching
contest on this regard.

As the youth have already proved their vital role by various activities for surviving the flood and associated disasters. We invite innovative suggestions and ideas for Reconstruction of Kerala in multiple perspective.

The creative ideas shall be from following areas,

1.      Rehabilitation
2.      Relief and Rescue
3.      Fund raising methods
4.      Education and counselling
5.      Waste management
6.      Productive use of technology and social media
7.      Destructed land utilization
8. Disaster resilient kerala

If you have an innovative concept, write about it in a paragraph and send to
iedc@sscollege.ac.in on or before 21/09/2018 4 PM.

Short listed ideas
shall be presented before the expert panel for final evaluation and
exceptional ideas may forwarded to State Government Level through Kerala startup mission.

The best ideas shall be awarded as follows
First prize : ₹10,000/-
Second prize : ₹5000/-
Third prize: ₹3000/-
